Monthly Saturday Teacher Training Workshops

Open to teachers who are interested in learning more about Authentic Pilates and deepening their knowledge and practice.

Every Saturday we will have a different focus. Each workshop will present elements that will improve your physical practice, help your clients and enhance your teaching. The themes of the workshops will change each month, some will be more specific to one apparatus while other workshops will tackle the system or special populations.

The two hours will be full of information to use right away with your students. Limited enrollment in-person.

1- We always open with a workout

2- Theoretical and explanatory section

3- Mid class workout using the theory we discussed

4- Teaching tips and practical uses

5- Ending workout
