Our Semi-Private Reformer Experience is an excellent way to add more classes at a reduced cost while enjoying a smooth, flowing workout alongside other practitioners. (Instructor approval is required for semi-private sessions.)

Our Mindful Stretch and Mobility Classes

Our Mat and Props Classes

In our mat classes, we incorporate props that Joseph Pilates originally used, as well as some modern additions that weren’t available during his time. Staying true to the principles of the method, we enhance the experience with a variety of tools like TheraBands, Magic Circles, balls, towels, and more. These fun props not only tone and stretch your muscles but also engage your mind, offering both enjoyment and challenge as you connect mind and body.
