Semi-Privates
Our semi-private classes provide a personalized group experience for those who enjoy working out alongside others. At Authentic Pilates, we prioritize each student’s unique needs. In these classes, the instructor uses a variety of apparatuses—ranging from the Reformer to the Wunda Chair and Mat Tower—to ensure everyone continues to progress while receiving focused attention. These sessions are both enjoyable and effective, with a maximum of 3 participants per class. Advanced registration is required. Please note, all participants must complete an initial evaluation session to qualify for group classes.
Dance Classes
We offer Ballet, Technique and Jazz classes for adults of all levels. In this non-competitive atmosphere, our resident dance teacher, Suzi Winson, will inspire and delight all levels of dancer/non-dancer with her precise and gentle teaching style.
Corporate Events and Parties
We offer team building, group experiences and festive events. Bridal parties, birthdays and corporate experiences can be planned with our expert team. Please contact us for information.
