WHAT TO EXPECT

This workshop will explore the constructive processes of the Intermediate Reformer and Mat sequence, following the protocols of Authentic Pilates Inelia Garcia professional training program. It will empower you to use the System across the different apparatus, discovering the various options and exercises to build the sequence.

• Instructors will gain a practical understanding that enables them to create dynamic, varied classes and guide their students through a safe and progressive practice within the Authentic Pilates Method.
• Students will have dedicated time on the apparatus to build real strength and control in their own bodies, while also sharpening their teaching skills.

WHO IS THIS FOR?

Certified teachers who are looking to deepen their knowledge and practice. All backgounds are welcome. A proficiency evaluation will be required to insure success for all participants.
