Fun with Feet in the Authentic Pilates System

This dynamic workshop begins with an exploration of foot anatomy—covering the key bones and muscles that form the foundation of our movement. From there, we’ll introduce pre-Pilates exercises that can be easily incorporated into your classes or assigned as homework to support your clients’ progress.
We’ll then dive into the science and art of how footwork integrates throughout the Authentic Pilates system, enhancing both teaching and practice.
Participants will leave with practical tools they can apply immediately, as well as deeper concepts to carry through the full Pilates repertoire. Special attention will also be given to techniques for working effectively with aging populations.
This workshop has an online option but we highly suggest that you come in-person if at all possible.
A quick workout for the feet will close the experience.
