MONDAYS: At The Yoga Room Astoria-6pm Advanced/Intermediate Pilates, 710p TYRBarre Fit™, 815p Pilates Foundations.
TUESDAYS: At The Yoga Room Astoria-6:15pm Pilates Foundations.
SUNDAYS: At The Yoga Room Astoria– 11:15am Pilates Foundations, 3pmHot Bodies, Hot Pilates.

Pilates for Performers: Stay tuned for the next Pilates for Performers class, a donation-based class that helps performers of all kinds connect with their body to enhance their story-telling physicality, safely and efficiently.

 Advanced/Intermediate Pilates: This class requires strong knowledge of core Pilates principles as well as strong previous mat experience. The class will work toward the full advanced Pilates repertoire with a keen eye toward precision, efficiency and body awareness. This level will flow from one exercise to another at quicker pace.

Pilates Foundations: In this class, you will learn the basic principles and a series of exercises upon which the entire Pilates method is built. You will increase your body awareness, breath coordination, strength, flexibility and physical ease. Appropriate for beginners and a necessity at every fitness level.

TYR Barre Fit™ : Barre Fit™ is fast-paced and fun. It’s high-energy with a variety of exercises, so it is anything but boring! This method is one of the fastest, safest and most effective ways to re-shape your body, nipping everything in and lifting everything up. It’s low impact so it protects your joints from bouncing. AND finally, it’s challenging for all levels due to the modifications of the exercises.
